General Sale Information:

  1. Please stop by the office to register for the sale, this includes bidders as well as consignors. It is very difficult to be accurate in the office if we don’t know what is happening in the sale ring. Communication is crucial for us to do our job in an efficient manner.
  2. Please make sure that you have completed your paperwork in the office before unloading or loading your horses the day of the sale. Having your paperwork in order before coming to the counter is appreciated by our office staff as well as the other customers waiting in line behind you.
  3. Our banker frowns on us being your banker! We appreciate payment the day of the sale just as much as you do; this is only possible when we each do our part. We prefer communication in place of a bad check.
  4. Tack will begin selling at 10:00 A.M. with horses selling immediately following. If you plan to consign tack, it must be here and checked into the office by 9:00 A.M.
