of the horse. Example - thebigboy.jpg not boy.jpg. We receive many
photos by email and without the registered name we cannot be sure
of who your photo really is!

RING, A COMMISSION STILL NEEDS TO BE PAID TO THE SALE BARN, EVEN IF

| COGGINS TEST:
It is a good idea to have your horse coggins tested prior
to sale day. There are more and more states requiring horses
to have a current coggins to enter the state rather than a
coggins pending. This helps the buyers from those states get
horses back home with them. |
Consignment Fee of $50.00 must accompany entry also
includes no sale fee.
- Commissions Fee is 8%.
- Negative Coggins Test drawn within 6 months of sale
date.
- If horse is withdrawn or no saled, consignor is still
obligated to pay consignment fee. If a horse that has been advertised by BPWE is scratched and is not transferred to the next comparable sale, there may be additional charges up to a $200 advertising fee. A horse that dies or is injured may require a vet certificate to be excluded from these charges.
- Cribbers, weavers and other soundness issues need to be called.
- All substitutes will be sold at the end of the catalog
session. No exceptions.
