A Trace Of Sockett 2/24/00 Chestnut Overo APHA Stallion. Sockett’s Gon Kool X Socketts Gon Sweet. This colt is out of two APHA superior halter parents and seems to think he could be one himself. His grandsire, Sockett’s Gon North is also producing superior western pleasure horses. His sire is also a Sonny Dee Bar grandson. For riding ability he is developing nicely and has a really cute face with rather unique forehead markings. Would be great to show next year, owner has to get off show circuit to attend to his education. Eligible for MPHA Select Futurity.

Sockett’s Gon Sweet 3/25/94 Chestnut Overo APHA Mare. Sockett’s Gon North X Sweet Eyed Revenue (QH). This big mare is well on her way to producing nice paint babies. Her first two are on sale here and the 3rd was ultrasounded to foal 2/21/01. She finished off her superior youth halter while pregnant with a first under all 4 judges. She also has 21 open points. She would be a sure winner in the broodmare class and very comptetive inother classes. Although she is not trained to ride, we have been on her under saddle. Her foal’s sire is also an APHA superior halter and a grandson of Sockett.

This sabino pattern yearling mare is filling out well and should grow to 15.3 and 1275 lbs like her mother, who is also here on sale. Both parents are APHA superior halter horses with Sockett as their grandsire. This yearling sire is also a Sonny Dee Bar grandson, so there is definite riding potential here. She is in the APHA Breeders Trust and would show well in halter this coming spring. She could get riding points the next year then go on to produce sabino babies. She could be a very useful mare.
